Position Details

Hourly Wage: $ 45.00

Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hours

Duties and Responsibilities

-Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with CANATURE's long-term goals, ensuring financial stability and growth.

-Lead the annual budgeting process and create accurate financial forecasts to guide business decisions and resource allocation.

-Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, providing timely insights to senior management.

-Identify and manage financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential financial challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

-Evaluate and optimize the company's capital structure, managing working capital, debt levels, and liquidity to support operational needs.

-Conduct in-depth financial analyses to assess business performance, identify trends, and present actionable insights for operational improvements.

-Assess potential investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions, conducting due diligence and providing recommendations to senior leadership.

-Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard assets, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and compliance with accounting principles.

-Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, fostering professional growth, and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

-A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline

-3 years of related experience (5 years preferred)

-Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
