Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hourly Wage: $ 45.00

Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hours

Duties and Responsibilities

-Develop and execute the company's strategic plans and vision, aligning them with the long-term goals of the organization.

-Oversee and lead cross-functional teams, including departments such as marketing, sales, operations, and product development, fostering collaboration and high-performance culture.

-Drive product innovation and development, ensuring the company's offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends and customer demands.

-Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and enhance the company's brand presence.

-Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities.

-Manage and nurture relationships with suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners to ensure a reliable supply chain and maximize business opportunities.

-Oversee quality control processes to maintain the high standards and safety of CANATURE's products.

-Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the pet food and nutrition sector.

-Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the company's interests and reputation.

Qualifications

-A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

-3 years of related experience (5 years preferred)

-Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
