Sizzling Wok is a thriving restaurant business specializing in Asian cuisine. We offer a diverse menu inspired by the vibrant flavours and culinary traditions of various Asian countries, including China, Japan, Thailand, and India. Our goal is to provide our customers with an exceptional dining experience, combining delicious and authentic Asian dishes with a welcoming and lively atmosphere.

We are now looking for an experienced food service supervisor to join our team, who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of our restaurant. You will be expected to prepare Chinese dishes of all kinds. To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience as a food service supervisor and be available to work during our opening hours.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager to plan and organize the operations

• Arrange the employees’ work schedule

• Ensure the services are properly done, and deal with the customer’s complaint

• Supervise the delivery of food to customers

• Allocate tasks to kitchen staff to improve the working efficiency.

• Ensure that customers’ needs are better satisfied and contribute to increasing customer base.

• Other duties as reasonably within the capabilities of the manager role in achieving the Company objectives and goals.

Minimum Requirement:

• Secondary diploma.

• Minimum two years of experience as a food service supervisor.

• Advanced knowledge of culinary, familiar with daily procedures in the kitchen.

• Familiar with sanitation regulations.

• High proficiency in English.

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

• Comfortable with working under stress.

• Dedicated to details.
