Housekeeping Supervisor

Days Inn Motel, located at 100 - 3 Ave S in Lethbridge, AB T1J 4L2, is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure their stays are as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This position is full-time and offers a great opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment.

The right candidate will perform these tasks:

• Assign duties to the cleaning staff; supervise a team of housekeepers

• Prepare work schedules; monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, bedding, and towels.

• Identify hiring needs; participate in the recruitment process and training of housekeepers.

• Inspect rooms to ensure that standards of cleanliness and neatness are met.

• Ensure that common areas are clean and organized.

• Inform management when repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment is needed and perform cleaning duties if required.

• Perform cleaning duties if required.

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for a High School Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a cleaner.

• Experience working in a hotel environment is preferred.

• Experience as a Supervisor is definitely an asset.

• Possess good communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours that may include weekends and holidays.

We are offering $28.85/hr. for 40 hours/week.
