-Create invoices, receive payments; cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
-Answer telephone and handle electronic inquiries.
-Greet visitors, direct them to appropriate person and provide excellent customer service.
-Coordinate flow of information.
-Order office supplies and maintains inventory.
-Perform any other special duties as requested.
-Completion of high school education is required.
-Must have at least one year of work experience in a similar field.
-Knowledge of English language is required.
-Must be confident and have a positive attitude.
