Job Description

• Supervise & co-ordinate activities of food counter attendants, and other workers at restaurant.

• Schedule shifts for staff members and set work procedures.

• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.

• Provide training to staff in their job duties when required.

• Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.

• May assist in hiring & training staff.

• Maintain records of stock, expenses, repairs, sales, and wastage.

• Oversee and respond to customer concerns and resolve employee concerns.

• Perform same duties as workers supervised.

Job Requirements/Skills:

• Completion of high school is required

• Knowledge of English language is required

• Minimum one year of work experience required in the similar field.

• Must be prepared to work under pressure
