Supervisor – Retail

Switchboard Wireless is an authorized TELUS/Koodo Authorized Dealer. We are currently looking for a retail supervisor to join us full-time.

YOUR ROLES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the business

• Review product quality and required quantity from the customer/staff feedbacks

• Select, order, and manage inventory of products based on the customer demands and sales

• Ensure correct receipt of products and check for deficiencies

• Supervise sales associate and assist with sales associates’ questions, concerns and product/service related questions

• Train, motivate, and monitor staff’s performance

• Maintain organization of all products

• Ensure own and staff’s compliance with safety maintenance and cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• 1+ years’ experience

• Completion of secondary school

• Able to work under pressure, produce results, handle numerous tasks at once

• Team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multi-tasking in a dynamic working environmentLANGUAGE OF WORK:

POSITION TYPE:

Permanent, Full-Time, 30~40 hours/week

Salary $21 (CAD) per hour
