Papa John’s Pizza is a franchised Canadian pizza quick-service restaurant with its headquarters in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. At this time, we are looking for 2 experienced Shift Managers to join our team.

As a Shift Manager, you will perform the following duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the staff members who prepare and portion food

• Establish work schedules and procedures

• Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitary practices, and safety measures

• Calculate and place a supply and ingredient order

• Ensure quality control and food service

• Create a budget and expense projections

• Respond to consumer complaints and requests

• Keep accurate records of your inventory, repairs, sales, and waste

• Prepare and submit reports

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma

• At least 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required

• Excellent organizational, customer service and time management skills

• Ability to excel working in a highly fast-paced environment; stand for extended periods; work under pressure

• Good English language skills

Terms&Conditions:

• Permanent, full-time employment - 30 hours per week

• Compensation: $19.50 per hour. An overtime rate of 1 ½ of base pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week
