Position Detail

Term of Employment: Full-time, permanent

Hourly Wage: $55.00

Weekly Hours: 30 to 40

Location: Powell River, BC

Duties and Responsibilities

-Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Starium Development's projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals

-Oversee the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in branding across all marketing materials and platforms

-Manage and lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve marketing objectives

-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth in the real estate development industry

-Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns

-Develop and manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other promotional materials

-Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring ROI on marketing initiatives

-Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support the sales process, including lead generation and conversion.


-A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

-2 to 3 years of related experience (5 years preferred)
