We are a popular Bubble Tea café based in Calgary, committed to providing a calm, friendly environment where guests can enjoy delicious, handcrafted bubble tea beverages. Our focus is on quality ingredients, excellent customer service, and a unique café experience. We are looking to hire a dedicated and skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team.

Job Duties:

- Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus

- Take and serve food and beverage orders, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Process transactions and handle cash register operations

- Prepare bubble tea and other beverages according to our recipes and standards

- Keep tables and service areas clean and well-stocked

- Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety standards

- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about the menu, offering suggestions and upselling when appropriate

- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies

- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a food and beverage server is an asset but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

- Food Safety certification is a plus
