$35.00 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Will be required to visit various sites around the lower mainland and 511-5687 Gray Ave, Vancouver BC. V6S 0k7

Education:

No formal education is required

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience is required

Languages:

Written and Oral English required

Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction painters
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train painters in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare work progress reports
